The Ugly Girl Shift

I've always thought that B. was one of the cutest and sexiest girls I worked with. Perfect, perky tits, round hips and a completely flat stomach. Her face is all puppy dog perfection, an adorable little nose and huge brown eyes, with a tiny diamond stud on her upper lip to draw attention to her full lips.

So I was a little surprised to hear her relay her experience working in Vegas.

"I mean, I was fine working the 'ugly girl' shift," she said, referring to the afternoon shift at Spearmint Rhino. "Whatever. I don' t have the huge tits, the blond hair, and I still made 3 g's in one weekend."

Shit, if she's working the ugly girl shift, would I even have a hope in hell of getting hired? Yikes. It's always a bad scene to get turned down at the door of a strip club - it takes some thick-ass skin to walk away with even a shred of dignity left intact...

I don't know if you would get turned down at the door. Even though I have never met you or seens you, I would think that since you work in Tinseltown that you have the ability to work any shift in Vegas

just look your best. It is the NFL of stripping in Vegas. I don't know if Spearment Rhino is a good club nowadays. Back when i was dancing (4 yrs ago) it was seedy in that the bouncers get tips from the customers...dancers got raped there, there were a lot of raids, etc.

Olympic Gardens, Saphire's and any club Avalon rec.'s
sound like a better deal.

when you go to get hired, wear a push up bra, half shirt to show off abs, high heels, make-up, but not too much, show off your assets, stand tall and proud.

getting hired is like asking for a VIP

just do it
worst case scenario is a rejection from a strip club- no biggie- nothing to cry about.

The night shift at the Rhino is EXTREMELY hard to get a spot on.

My husband and I visited the Spearmint Rhino while in Vegas. The most fun we've ever had at a strip club! We went in the afternoon because we had a show to go to that night. The day girls were just as pretty and the place was still pretty full.

I love that place!

p.s. I'm not a stripper...just a pole dancer who goes to admire those who get to strip :)

I wrote an entry about my experience with Spearment Rhino. I didn't find it too hard to get hired on the night shift. I showed up looking ready to work under my trench coat. I was in good physical condition, especially for 35 or 36 years of age.

Working there was bad news.
